Everyone, but everyone, was mightily impressed. The feedback I got was not just about Mark’s act – it was about his style, manner and humour in presenting it.

It's never easy to please everyone in the crowd and when the crowd is an international consulting company it seems almost impossible - but Mark succeeded! With his friendly approach, professional interaction and his first class abilities, Mark blew everyone away and left them speechless. His feats are still the subject of discussion over drinks on a Friday evening!

In the six years we've been running this event, I can honestly say that we've never had such positive feedback from delegates saying how much they've enjoyed the evening entertainment. The way Mark mingled with the guests and moved from group to group made everyone feel part of the event - making it fun and helping to maintain the relaxed atmosphere we always aim for. As the organiser, it's always a step into the unknown booking a new act, but my mind was put to rest by his prompt response to questions and his arrival in good time on the night itself. I have no hesitation in recommending Mark to others.

I hired Mark Cairns to entertain at our retail winter showcase at The Grove in NW London. One of our management team had seen Mark doing his mind reading at another event and recommended that we hire him. I wasn’t sure what having a “mind reader” along to our evening dinner would entail, but suffice to say Mark’s act was unlike that of any other performer I’ve ever seen, and it was perfect for our key retail buyers. If you have guests you want to delight and entertain then I suggest you hire Mark.

Mark has a very easy-going manner, is tremendously professional and a fascinating performer. The guests found him to be entertaining, funny, polite and amusing but above all were completely amazed at the extraordinary mind tricks he performed.

We initially decided to hire a magician to perform at my friend's 40th Birthday party in London, but wound up booking Mark instead. Everyone thought he was fantastic and they're still talking about him! We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would like to thank Mark once again for being so entertaining - I'm sure we'll hire him again very soon.

Mark made my godson's 18th birthday so much fun. William and his friends were amazed and amused - a near impossible thing to achieve with tipsy 18-year-olds! And William was thrilled - he has always adored magic and said what Mark did was even better! I shall most definitely be asking for Mark again and will recommend him to all our friends.

Having landed myself with organising a hen weekend for my friend, I tried to think of an alternative entertainment that would be completely different but fun. The reception Mark received was brilliant and I know that everyone thoroughly enjoyed his act. He made a huge impact and after he left everyone spent the rest of the evening talking about what he did. The wedding was the following weekend and everyone was still talking about it, saying Mark's performance was the best night of the weekend.

Mark did a first class job of entertaining the guests at our wedding. Everyone was talking about him after he left and the difference he made in keeping people enthralled and entertained while we were off doing photos was fantastic We only wish we'd had more of a chance to see him ourselves! Mark's service was highly professional and the booking process very efficient - organising a wedding is so much more hassle than you never imagine and having an entertainer who is on the ball and stays in touch really helps!

Mark was very efficient on the run-up to my 60th Garden Party and prompt / reliable on the day. His style was very thought provoking, yet amusing, which ensured my friends spent much time discussing his act with each other. To my knowledge, two of my younger guests wanted to book Mark for their forthcoming weddings! Mark blended in nicely, with his polite and friendly manner, and most certainly helped make this a memorable day for me.

My family hired a magician for our family dinner the Friday before we got married and he only did card tricks and some of those went wrong! Jon and I thought 'Oh my god! What if Mark is as useless as that?' Well please believe me when I say that Mark exceeded our very high expectations. I have spoken to lots of our guests and without exception they all congratulated us on his wonderful contribution to our wedding - they have many funny tales to tell about how he completely foxed them.
